ZMC-A Pulp Molding Production Line   

1.     Preface

This line uses natural pulp (straw pulp, wooden pulp, reed pulp and bagasse pulp) as material, via scientific formula and by changing different moulds it extrudes and forms disposable dishware such as paper containers, paper bowls, paper plates and so on. This product features nice-looking, no harm, no smell, oil-proof, hot-water-proof and high-strength. The used product can self-biodegrade in a short time. So it does no harm to environment and can be used again. It is a perfect substitute for plastic foaming product.　

2.       Working principle

The working principle is as follows: Put the soaked pulp boards into pulper and break them; Transfer the pulp into pulp-mix pool and add the auxiliary agent into it; After being diluted, transfer them into storage pool; Then pump the pulp into mould forming machine and it will be vacuum sucked into rudiment; Transfer the rudiment to drying and hot pressing unit; Transfer the semi-finished-products into cutting machine; Disinfect and sterilize them in the ultraviolet radiation disinfector; Finally, incase the finished-products.
